DESCRIPTION:The Mid-Term Review for Paro Dzongkhag's 13th Five-Year Plan wa
 s successfully conducted\, Chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of the Minist
 ry of Energy and Natural Resources.The MTR for Paro Dzongkhag was attended
  by the Director General from the Office of Cabinet Affairs and Strategic 
 Coordination (OCASC)\, Officials from OCASC\, Ministry of Finance\, RCSC\,
 Hon'ble Lamgong-Wangchang Member of Parliament\, Hon'ble Member of Nationa
 l Council\, Dasho Dzongdag\, Dasho Dzongrab\, RBP SP\, Gups\, Mangmis\, Ts
 hogpas\, GAOs\, Regional Heads\, and Dzongkhag Sector Heads.During the Ses
 sion\, Dasho Dzongdag presented the Dzongkhag’s Key Achievements\, Budge
 t Utilization\, and major issues and challenges.This was followed by prese
 ntations from the Gups\, highlighting Gewog-level progress under the 13th 
 Five-Year Plan (June 2024–March 2026)\, along with their respective chal
 lenges.The Hon’ble Minister\, Director General\, Hon'ble Members of Nati
 onal Assembly and National Council shared their valuable feedback and conc
 erns reflecting the aspirations of the people of Paro\, and provided guida
 nce on strengthening implementation efforts to ensure the successful achie
 vement of the 13th Five-Year Plan by 2029.The review reaffirmed a shared c
 ommitment to a collaborative action\, improved service delivery\, and incl
 usive development.
