DESCRIPTION:\nThe 23rd Scouts Leadership Training Program commenced with a 
 graceful opening ceremony by Dasho Ugyen Tshering\, Hon'ble Member of the 
 National Council\, in the presence of other distinguished guests.\n\n\n\nT
 he 21-days programme has brought together 150 scouts from 20 Dzongkhags an
 d four Thromdes\, providing an excellent platform for young people to lear
 n\, grow\, and develop in a safe\, supportive\, and inspiring environment.
 \n\n\n\nThroughout the camp\, participants will engage in leadership train
 ing\, team-building activities\, outdoor adventures\, and community servic
 e initiatives designed to strengthen essential life skills such as discipl
 ine\, responsibility\, self-reliance\, leadership\, resilience\, and teamw
 ork. These experiences will also prepare the scouts to become responsible 
 and capable participants in the Gyalsung and Pelsung programmes in future.
 \n\n\n\nBeyond developing practical skills\, the camp promotes friendship\
 , respect for nature\, and a deep appreciation of the values and principle
 s of Scouting. It encourages every scout to step beyond their comfort zone
 \, build confidence\, embrace challenges\, foster resilience\, and create 
 lifelong memories while growing into responsible citizen.\n\n\n
