The Dzongkhag HRD successfully conducted a day-long induction program for newly recruited employees on contract under the Education Sector.
The program covered key areas such as:
• Overview of Civil Service Reforms
• Civil Service Code of Conduct and Administrative Discipline
• Job Responsibilities and Accountability Framework
• Performance Management System (PMS)
• Advocacy on Go-To-Person for Sexual Harassment and Public Service Delivery Standards, delivered by the Sr. HR Officer.
The session was also attended by respective Sector Heads, who shared valuable insights and guidance with the recruits.
The Dzongkhag Administration, Paro warmly welcomes our five new recruits to the Dzongkhag family and wishes them many productive and successful years ahead.
