In Celebration of Her Majesty The Gyaltsuen’s 36th Birth Anniversary, the Rinpung Rabdey, Judiciary, Armed Forces, Local Government, Regional Heads and the Dzongkhag Administration joined the Nation by offering Karmi Tongchoe and prayers at the Rinpung Dzong Dukhang.
