In Celebrating the 6th Birthday Anniversary of HRH Gyalsey Ugyen Wangchuck, the Rinpung Rabdey, Armed Forces, Local Government, Regional Offices and the Dzongkhag Administration, offered prayers and butter lamps at the Rinpung Dzong Dukhang followed by offering of Khadars and a cake cutting ceremony.
