The Mid-Term Review for Paro Dzongkhag’s 13th Five-Year Plan was successfully conducted, Chaired by the Hon’ble Minister of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources.
The MTR for Paro Dzongkhag was attended by the Director General from the Office of Cabinet Affairs and Strategic Coordination (OCASC), Officials from OCASC, Ministry of Finance, RCSC,
Hon’ble Lamgong-Wangchang Member of Parliament, Hon’ble Member of National Council, Dasho Dzongdag, Dasho Dzongrab, RBP SP, Gups, Mangmis, Tshogpas, GAOs, Regional Heads, and Dzongkhag Sector Heads.
During the Session, Dasho Dzongdag presented the Dzongkhag’s Key Achievements, Budget Utilization, and major issues and challenges.
This was followed by presentations from the Gups, highlighting Gewog-level progress under the 13th Five-Year Plan (June 2024–March 2026), along with their respective challenges.
The Hon’ble Minister, Director General, Hon’ble Members of National Assembly and National Council shared their valuable feedback and concerns reflecting the aspirations of the people of Paro, and provided guidance on strengthening implementation efforts to ensure the successful achievement of the 13th Five-Year Plan by 2029.
The review reaffirmed a shared commitment to a collaborative action, improved service delivery, and inclusive development.
