Coinciding with the 64th Birth Anniversary of our beloved Mewang Drukgyel Zhipa, the Great Fourth,Rinpung Rabdey and Paro Dzongkhag Administration offered butter lamps and prayers, for a long life and good health of our Druk Gyalpo Jigme Singye Wangchuck. 

The offering of butter lamps was held at the Dukhang of the Rinpung Rabdey. Some butter lamps were arranged in the shape of number 64 in Dzongkha to depict the 64th Birthday of our beloved Majesty.

After the lighting of the butter lamps, Zhabtoen were offered. After that, Lam Neten, Dasho Dzongda and Dasho Dranpon offered Khadhar at the Kupar of His Majesty the King on behalf of all the people of Paro Dzongkhag.
