A general staff coordination meeting was held today afternoon at the Dzongkhag Tshogdu hall. This meeting was first of its kind after the arrival of Dasho Norbu Wangchuk as the Dzongda of Paro.

Dasho's key points shared to the gathering were on setting a clear direction to achieve set goals, foster open communications amongst all staff, effective coordination, weekly work updates, regular feedbacks, cross functional collaboration, coherent to perform as one team and to bear in mind the 3 D's of RCSC while carrying out tasks.

The HR and the Planning section presented the 13th Fiver Year plan and staff strength of the Dzongkhag.

Together with the meeting, a cake cutting ceremony was also held for the outgoing and incoming employees on transfer.

The General staff meeting will be held every month form hereon to foster better communication and collaboration amongst the sectors.
