Jigsel Cleaning Services was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Dasho Dzongdag at Paro Tshongdue. The inaugural ceremony was attended by Dasho Dzongrab, Sectors Heads and the Shopkeepers.

The proposal was endorsed and approved by the last Dzongkhag Tshogdu session after an extensive deliberation. The firm will collect a minimal fee from the shopkeepers to meet up the expenses in carrying out the cleaning.

The cleaning service is focused on maintaining the cleanliness of the town at all times besides the routine clean up of the town by the municipal office. This service will further consolidate and enhance on the existing human resource of the municipality.

Currently the firm has around 15 employees.
