On 20th November at 10 am, the Department of Information Technology and Telecom (DITT) presented the ICT scenario of the country to the newly joined Minister of Ministry of Information and Communications (MoIC).

The DITT invited various ICT heads from different Ministries, Agencies, Departments and Dzongkhags to attend the presentation session via TrueConf, a software-based video conferencing. One can login via TrueConf Client by typing the TrueConf ID and password provided by respective coordinators.

For TrueConf to take place all one need is a stable network connection and a laptop with webcam facilities.
