This is to inform all the interested applicants for setting up a fair during Paro Tshechu (2 April-6 April 2023) that the municipal office shall be accepting proposals till 17th March 2023, 5:00 PM. The proposals shall include the following details:

1. Details - (pictures, capacity) of the equipment and facilities that will be installed.

2. Personal details.

2. Proposed location for the fair - the approval from the landowner should be sought and attached.

The committee shall evaluate the proposal according to the feasibility and contact the applicants accordingly.
