An Early Child Care and Development Centre formally opened on 26th April at Deyangkha, Paro. A Lam from Rinpung Rabdey offered Rabney/Thrisuel prior to the opening ceremony. Dasho Dzongrab was present as the Chief Guest during the opening ceremony.

An ECCD care-giver would be recruited through open competition. 

Civil Servants can now avail themselves of such facilities after the selection of a competent care-giver.
