To mark the 65th Birth Anniversary of Mewang Drukgyel Zhipa Chog, Dasho Dzongdag, Lopen Umze, Dasho Drangpon, Dasho Dzongrab, Rabdey Monks and Sector Heads gathered at the Dukhang of Rinpung Dzong to offer Khadhar, light butter lamps and offer Zhabtoen.
