Prior to the start of primary round NA election, the Dzongkhag Election Office organized the 1st Primary Round Election Coordination Meeting at Dogar gewog on 27th August, 2018 with relevant stakeholders to discuss issues before the conduct of NA election. The relevant stakeholders consists of:

•  Dzongrab,Deputy Chief Election Coordinator
•  Dealing Officer, RBA     
•  SP, RBP 
•  National Observer, Paro Dzongkhag 
•  Returning Officer, Dogar_Shaba Constituency 
•  Returning Officer, Lamgong_Wangchang Constituency
•  Dzongkhag Election Officer 
•  Dzongkhag Election Registration Officer
•  Gewog Administrative Officers of ten gewogs 
•  Concerned Sector Heads, Dzongkhag Adminstration, Paro                                                                                                

Issues pertaining to arrangements of polling stations, transport availability and the general electoral rules and regulations for the conduct of free and fair elections were the points for discussion on the day.
