དོན་འབྲས་ དེ་ནི་ ནང་སྲིད་ལྷན་ཁག་ ཞི་བའི་ཐོ་བཀོད་དང་མི་རྩིས་ལས་ཁུངས་ཀྱི་མདོ་ཆེན་མཆོག་ལས་ སྤྱི་ཚེས་ ༠༡-༠༧-༢༠༢༤ ལས་འགོ་བཟུང་ སྤ་རོ་དང་ཧཱ་རྫོང་ཁག་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ནང་ལུ་ཡང་ རིམ་ལུགས་མཉམ་བསྡོམས་ཐོག་ སྐྱེས་ཤིའི་ཐོ་བཀོད་ཞབས་ཏོག་ལེན་ཚུགས་པའི་ སོར་སྒྱུར་གྱི་རིམ་པ་ངོ་མ་སྦེ་ ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་བཏུབ་ འགོ་བཙུགས་ཡོད་པའི་སྐོར་ བརྒྱུད་འཕྲིན་ཐོག་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཕེབས་ཡོདཔ་ལས་བརྟེན་ ཁྱོད་རྒེད་འོག་ ༡༠ གྱི་རྒཔོ་དང་ཁྲོམ་སྡེ་ངོ་ཚབ་ཚུ་གིས་ རང་སོའི་འོག་གི་མི་སེར་ཚུ་ལུ་ སྐྱེས་ཤིའི་ཐོ་བཀོད་ཞབས་ཏོག་ཚུ་ ད་རི་ལས་འགོ་བཟུང་ རྒྱལ་ཡོངས་ཨང་གནས་ཅན་ (NDI) གྱི་ རིམ་ལུགས་ལག་ལེན་འཐབ་ཐོག་ ཞབས་ཏོག་ལེན་ནི་འགོ་ཙུགས་དགོ་པའི་སྐོར་འགོ་བརྡ་སྤྲོད་དེ་ ལག་ལེན་ངོ་མ་འབད་འཐབ་ནི་ལུ་བཙོན་ཤུགས་དང་ དང་འདོད་སྐྱེས་ཅུག་དགོཔ་སེམས་ངེས་བགྱི། ཞེས་ རང་ལུགས་གནམ་ལོ་ ཤིང་ཕོ་འབྲུག་ལོ་ རང་ཟླ་ ༥ པའི་ ཚེས་ ༢༥ ལུ།

Following the verbal order received from the Director, Ministry of Home Affairs, Department of Civil Registration and Census, Thimphu, the Dzongkhag Civil Registration and Census Office, Paro, is pleased to notify all 10 Gups, and Thromde Representative under Paro Dzongkhag that, effective today (1st July 2024), the Integrated Citizen Services (ICS) have successfully transitioned to its Live Phase.
Therefore, all are requested to inform the public under your jurisdiction that they can now apply for newborn and death registrations through the National Digital Identity (NDI) online application platform to avail of these services.
