On  6th December, 2018, coinciding with the 10th Month, 29th Day of the Bhutanese Calendar, Gyensar Torjab was performed in Paro Dzongkhag like the rest of the Dzongkhags. 

The Gyensar Torjab is performed in all 20 Dzongkhags in the same month ,same day of the Bhutanese calendar.

The practice of performing Torjab was aimed at destroying the forces of enemy, especially the arch enemy of Zhabdrung, Desi Tsampa Tenzin Namgyal in Tibet.
