Strategic Roadmap 2025-2035: E2B10X

Paro Dzongkhag was honoured to welcome the Hon'ble Chairperson of RCSC, Dasho Tashi Pem to share the Commission's Initiative of Strategic Roadmap 2025-2035.

The morning session focused on raising awareness about the 2025-2035 ten year plan, building of an accelerator Operating System (aOS) for an Enlightened Entrepreneurial Bureaucracy (E2B), where the Chairperson highlighted on the key thrust areas and strategies in the civil service reforms, which was attended by all civil servants of Paro Dzongkhag including School Principals.

The afternoon session held discussions on the school moderation processes, transparency, objectivity, and fairness which was attended by Dasho Dzongdag, Dzongrab Gom, School Principals and Moderation Committee Members.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Hon'ble Chairperson for the timely visit in imparting the strategies and way forward for the Civil Service Roadmap.
